• Initial Treatment:          $90.00
• Follow-up Treatment:    $60.00

Appointment Duration

• Initial Visits:          90 minutes
• Follow-up Visits:    60 minutes

Times listed above reflect what a “typical” treatment duration will be. Patient health history, nature of condition being treated, age (children), etc may necessitate the need for more or less time, which is at the discretion of the practitioner.

Payment Policies

• Pagoda Medicine accepts only cash and personal checks and payment is expected at time-of-service (unless other arrangements have been made).
• All Credit & Debit Cards are not currently accepted.
• A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Insurance Policies

• Pagoda Medicine accepts insurance for patients with qualifying alternative medicine coverage.
• Patient insurance policy must allow for out-of-network providers.We highly recommend that you verify your coverage prior to treatment. As an added service to you, Pagoda Medicine will gladly contact you insurance company for you.
• Those with qualifying coverage are still responsible for make full payment at time-of-service, and a Claim (Superbill) will be submitted to your insurance carrier on your behalf.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, so please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed Appointment Policy

Missed appointment are subject to being charged 50% of the missed appointment fee.
